For most of the year, the apartment is used by the residents of the building to host family and friends or for their own stays. For approximately 90 days each year, we are delighted to open our little gem to guests from around the world. https://blaesi153.ch/ The Story Behind Bläsi153 Bläsi153 – 35/1. That simple formula was the starting point of the project: 35 square metres of living space per person. From the very beginning, our vision was about more than creating compact apartments. We wanted to explore how shared spaces could enhance everyday living. That's why the building includes a guest apartment with access to the rooftop terrace, allowing residents to welcome family and friends without needing extra space in their own homes. In the basement, you'll also find a sauna, available to all residents and guests at cost price. Bläsi153 was our opportunity to experiment with a different approach to urban living—one that values quality over quantity, thoughtful design, and shared amenities. We were fortunate to bring this idea to life and create a place that reflects these values. Today, all apartments are occupied, the building is full of life, and we are excited to see how this small experiment continues to evolve.
