Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

The effective date for determining the cancellation period is the date on which the written cancellation is received.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
